Welcome to the website of our Bed & Breakfast, or as we say in France: Chambres d’hôtes.
We are Bob and Jos Mud, we have been married for over 39 years and since May 2014 we are the proud owners of Moulin de la Fayolle, a former water mill in the ‘Gorges de la Sioule’, part of the “Combrailles” in Auvergne, a beautiful area where you can enjoy a wonderful holiday.
Take a look around at the different pages to discover what we have to offer. Besides spend a night in one of the luxurious rooms, there is also a Finnish sauna, relaxation room, a massage room, where Bob (on reservation) provides relaxation massages.
There is also a grass covered island ‘Bareld’, where you can take a hammock or armchair to read a book, watch the canoeists go by, to fish of simply cool off in the river. From this spring on you can play petanque (jeu de boules) on the isle.
Another island covered in trees ‘Daniël’ is worth a little exploring, especially for the kids!
For fantastic countryside walks, across the street from our house there is a forest trail, where you can walk for hours.
We also have a mini-camping with a caravan to rent and two camp spots with electricity.
